Payment & Refund policy

PAYMENTS

All payments can be made through Paypal, Credit card/debit card and bank transfer.

Paypal: For payments via Paypal, please select the option in the add to cart page and you may need to login into Paypal to checkout.

Credit card/Debit card ( Securely processed using Stripe. You would be automatically directed through the payment process )

Bank Transfer ( details would be listed at the payment section during checkout). Please indicate the order number in the description when making the payment. Please make the transfer within 3 days otherwise your order would be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items and sample sale items

PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This usually takes around 1 day.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and credited to your initial chosen method of Payment ( Paypal, Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer) within 2 to 5 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds made via Paypal occur immediately within a few hours.

If you haven’t received a refund yet for a payment made via Card or Bank Transfer, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@statemode.com and we would assist you further

If you have lost one piece of your earring pair and you would like to have a replacement, please contact as we could re-make it for you as you would not need to buy a new pair again 🙂 Less waste too!!

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please include a tracking number when you ship from your end for returns, as goods lost during transit would not be eligible for a refund.
