WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
Polymer clay is a flexible material, unlike ceramic or porcelain. It would not shatter when dropped or break when bent. It is a light weight material and its friendly for your ears.
Most of the metal used in our earrings is made out of stainless steel, steel and brass. Now we are introducing 925 Sterling Silver as well. All of them are free from chemicals such as lead and nickel, hence being allergy free. All our metal products are carefully sourced from small business owners in Europe and around the globe.
60% of our ear posts are made of stainless steel and the remaining 30% is made of chemical free metals.
All our chains used in our necklaces are made of stainless steel.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Make sure to store your jewelry carefully away from other metal jewelry (use our box for easy storage) .
Makeup or other dirt can be removed from clay pendants by gently going over dirty spots with rubbing alcohol or acetone (if earrings are matte, acetone may be used- if not, use rubbing alcohol).
Metal components may tarnish and darken over time if overly exposed to water, perfume, sweatr and oils from the skin, but can be easily cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth and/or tarnish remover to bring back the shine. For brass, please ensure that the component is not exposed to all liquids. In order to clean it, you could gently rub ketchup on it to clean it.
CAN I REQUEST THE CUSTOMIZATION OF AN ITEM THAT IT NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR STORE?
We do undertake custom orders (including changing the colors of existing designs shown in our current products), only if its for wholesale or party purposes ( i.e brides, special parties and bridesmaids). Do take note that custom orders may incur extra charges. ( this may not be applicable for wholesale orders)

We ship to the whole of Germany and certain parts of Europe and around the world too.
Our shipping partner is GLS, for Germany and most other European States, All parcels are inclusive with a tracking number.
For international shipments ( USA, Canada, Australia Etc. ) We would be using DHL. A tracking number is included as well. ( Please ensure at least 7 to 14 days for International Shipments)
NEW! We have a free pickup service for HAMBURG, Germany. ( only for customers in Hamburg) Do select this option during checkout and all pickups can be made at Altona ( in front of IKEA’s main entrance). Please ensure to inform us the time and date of pickup to avoid any misunderstandings.
Yes there is a fixed shipping cost which could be checked during checkout.
Not satisfied with the product or you would like to exchange it? Do drop us an email at email@example.com and we will handle the matter for you. All returns should be made in 7 days of purchase.
For exchanges: please inform us which product you would like to exchange with. All shortages in balances (if there is a difference) and shipping should be compensated again. If there is a gain, we would refund it , after deducting the shipping cost.
Do take note that the shipping cost paid during purchase would not be refunded.
Do take utmost precise care of your rings. They are made out of 925 Sterling Silver and a rhodium plating in rose gold and Silver.
Do not expose your ring to harmful chemicals/perfumes/harmful solvents.

Usually a fit between 2 sizes fit well for 1 finger.
